Lindsay Knoblauch, a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and graduate of the exceptional two-year program from the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, encourages educators to embrace mindfulness not only as a technique but as a way of being, helping them to model presence and calm for those around them.
